Part2 Phase Change Cold Storage Materials
Ⅴ.How many types of phase change cold storage materials do you have at present?
Answer: About the phase change storage material, our company has solid ice and ice box of two types of packaging, according to the phase change temperature are 15 ℃ special types for food, 2 ~ 8 ℃ refrigerated type,0 ℃ solid ice, - 15 ℃ frozen goods low temperature type of coolant and so on.
Ⅵ.Is special equipment required for the freezing equipment of phase change storage materials? How much coolant can be frozen once?
Answer: the phase change storage material freezing does not need special equipment, as long as can satisfy the demands of freezing temperature, the average home refrigerator or freezer can meet the requirements( transformation temperature above 0 degrees Celsius, the refrigeration temperature below 5 degrees Celsius). How much can be frozen at a time depends on the refrigerating capacity of the refrigeration equipment and the freezing duration; The typical household 200 liter refrigerator can be filled with 20kg of refrigerant at one time, which can be used in 4 to 6 refrigerator boxes. While the use of cold storage is almost without quality limitations.
Ⅶ .How long does it take to freeze the phase change cold storage materials? How long is the cooling effective?
Answer: Phase change cold storage materials generally need to be frozen for about 24 hours. Answer: the life of phase change cold storage material can achieve 5 years above to still maintain very good cold preservation performance commonly.
Ⅸ.How much cold storage dose should I put in the existing insulation box?
Answer: the quantity of the coolant depends on the time needed for insulation, the insulation performance of the incubator and the ambient temperature, etc. You could consult our technical staff to get reasonable suggestions
