In recent years,China has been developing cold-chain logistics becuase of the non-cold chain is too expensive and poor safety in transporation of goods.With the continuous improvement of infranstructure,our country's cold chain has developed rapidly.From 2008 to 2014,the combined growth rate of storage capacity of cold storage in China was 35%.In 2015,the cold chain market reached 158.3 billion yuan, and the cold chain is expected to reach the market 347.9 billion by 2020, and the compound growth rate is 17.1%.At present,food and agricultural products are the majority in cold chain,and the pharmaceutical industry is relatively small.In recent years, many related policies was introduced by relevant departments on cold chain logisitics to encourage the development of cold chain industry.

　　But cold chain logistics still exist many problems currently?

　　1).A complete system has not yet been formed.At present,the transportation of most fresh food products in China has not yet realized the cold chain transportation.The lagging development of cold chain has affected the development of the food industry considerably.

　　2).Cold Chain Logistics equipment is lag behind. China has a serious shortage of equipment for cold chain transportation.According to statistics,there are about 30,000 insulated vehicles in China, only one seventh of the U.S. and one quarter of the Japan. Refrigerated van is only 0.3 percent of freight cars.

　　3).Lack of effective integration and planning.Due to the lack of integration level of agricultural industrilization and production and supply marketing in China,the lack of talents in related fields has resulted in the lack of coordination among all the links in the cold chain.

　　4).Less intervention by third-party logistic.Becuase of the low degree of marketization of cold chain logistics in our country, most production and sales enterprises still adopt the self-run logistics mode. It is greatly effect the quality of fresh food,accuracy and timelineess of transportation.At the same time, it cuased high costs of logistcis and high loss of products.
